About Echo
Jeff Lichtenstein founded Echo Fine Properties after a career in corporate sales, where he got used to organizations that actually had a process. He kept looking for that same structure at South Florida brokerages and kept not finding it, so he built his own. He named it Echo because dolphins communicate through echolocation, using teamwork and intelligence to look out for each other. That is still the model the brokerage runs on today.
His family never left the business. Cary, Jade, and Sam Lichtenstein all work alongside more than one hundred agents, backed by an in house marketing team that handles branding, photography, and advertising, so individual agents can spend their time with clients instead of running their own small marketing department.
Jeff still arrives most mornings before sunrise to work listings and stay in front of buyers himself. Colleagues will tell you they have never seen him on a golf course. What he gives to the brokerage, he gives just as much of to his family and his community.
Echo has invested in the search presence that now covers more than 17,000 South Florida subdivisions.
Nearly every one of Echo's roughly eighty team members has been touched by cancer in some way. When someone suggested a tug of war beach party as a fundraiser, the idea stuck. It is now an annual event planned entirely in house, branding, photography, social media, and design included, and it remains Jeff's most personal project.

How We Work
Most brokerages promise good service in general terms. Echo put it in writing. Every seller receives fifty seven specific promises about how their home will be marketed and sold. Every buyer receives one hundred fifty one, organized into eighteen sections covering everything from financing to closing day.
Written promises to every seller, from pricing strategy to closing day
Written promises to every buyer, across eighteen sections of the process
Highest price or fastest sale, and if you are buying, the lifestyle you actually want. What matters to you sets the strategy from day one.
The team studies your home, or your wish list if you are buying, before a single photo gets taken or a single showing gets scheduled.
HOA documents, financing, staging, and paperwork handled ahead of time, so decisions can move fast once it counts.
A call after each showing, every time, telling you what happened and what it might mean.
Sometimes urgency wins the day. Sometimes patience does. Echo talks through both with you before making a move.
Inspections, contingency dates, and vendors coordinated so nothing slips between contract and keys.
